Je déteste courir sur tapis, c’est vraiment mon truc le plus pénible à la salle. Là je fais 8–10 minutes de corde et je suis éclatée (dans le bon sens). Ça passe super vite parce que t’es concentrée sur le rythme, pas en train de regarder le chrono toutes les 30 secondes.
